Refund & Cancellation Policy – RIWAZRA
At RIWAZRA, every piece is created exclusively for you with intricate embroidery, handwork, and custom tailoring. Since we operate on a stitch-on-order model, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and sustainability.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
- Once the production process begins, cancellations are not allowed as the product is specially crafted for you.
- For cancellation requests within 24 hours, please email us at support@riwazra.com with your order details.
Refund Policy
Since our garments are made-to-order:
- We do not offer refunds once the order has been processed.
- Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- A confirmed order was not fulfilled due to unavailability of material.
- For refund claims, you must share an unboxing video and images of the parcel within 24 hours of delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are not allowed for custom-stitched products due to their personalized nature.
- However, if there are size issues, we offer complimentary alteration services.
- The customer will need to bear the two-way shipping cost for sending the product for alterations.
Processing Refunds
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- RIWAZRA is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.
Important Notes
- Slight differences in color, embroidery, and finishing are natural characteristics of handcrafted apparel and are not eligible for refunds.
- Failure to provide an unboxing video will result in claim rejection.
