Refund policy

 Refund & Cancellation Policy – RIWAZRA

At RIWAZRA, every piece is created exclusively for you with intricate embroidery, handwork, and custom tailoring. Since we operate on a stitch-on-order model, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and sustainability.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
  • Once the production process begins, cancellations are not allowed as the product is specially crafted for you.
  • For cancellation requests within 24 hours, please email us at support@riwazra.com with your order details.

Refund Policy

Since our garments are made-to-order:

  • We do not offer refunds once the order has been processed.
  • Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
    1. You received the wrong product.
    2. The product was damaged during transit.
    3. A confirmed order was not fulfilled due to unavailability of material.
  • For refund claims, you must share an unboxing video and images of the parcel within 24 hours of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed for custom-stitched products due to their personalized nature.
  • However, if there are size issues, we offer complimentary alteration services.
  • The customer will need to bear the two-way shipping cost for sending the product for alterations.

Processing Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • RIWAZRA is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.

Important Notes

  • Slight differences in color, embroidery, and finishing are natural characteristics of handcrafted apparel and are not eligible for refunds.
  • Failure to provide an unboxing video will result in claim rejection.
  • Custom measurements provided by the customer are final; RIWAZRA is not liable for incorrect sizing provided at the time of order.
