1. Product Information

• All our products are made-to-order, crafted individually after an order is placed.
• Minor variations in color, embroidery, design, or fabric texture may occur due to the handmade nature of our garments and differences in digital screen displays.
• Such variations are considered unique characteristics and not defects.

2. Order Placement & Acceptance

• Placing an order on RIWAZRA indicates your intent to purchase a product.
• Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment is received and acknowledged by our system.
• RIWAZRA reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of:
1. Payment issues or discrepancies
2. Suspected fraudulent activity
3. Unavailability of fabric or design materials

3. Stitch-On-Order Model

• As we follow a stitch-on-order production process, cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing an order.
• Once production begins, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST (where applicable) but exclusive of shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.
• Payments must be made through secure online gateways provided on our platform.
• We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) at present.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines are clearly mentioned under our Delivery Policy section.
• While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, RIWAZRA is not liable for delays caused by logistics issues, natural disasters, or strikes.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds and alterations will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All designs, images, logos, and content displayed on RIWAZRA.com are the intellectual property of RIWAZRA.
• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution will lead to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

• RIWAZRA is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services.

9. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
